Masterclasses
Classical music composed in the last 100 years has greatly expanded the range of performing techniques on all standard instruments, including the cello. Development of audio and computer technology, which has become accessible to a wider number of musicians inspired many composers and performers in the creation of new musical colors, forms and expressions. Ana is presenting these new palettes of extended performing and digital techniques to young cellists as well as other string players, composers and everyone interested in the subject.
Ana has given masterclasses across Europe, South America, North America, and China. She serves as an honorary guest professor at the Jose Hernandez Conservatory in Buenos Aires and has been a guest at Radford University (USA), the Hong Kong Music Academy, the Piazzolla Conservatory (Buenos Aires), Razumovsky Academy for Gifted Students (Vienna) and the St. Louis College of Music (Rome).
